OpenGL Module

OpenGL module uses  OpenSceneGraph internally to implement scene graph abstraction layer defined in Graphics module.

This way Vitrall can load and render any graphical asset, that is supported by OSG:

  • COLLADA
  • 3DS
  • AC
  • VRML
  • STL
  • OBJ
  • DXF
  • IVE
  • OSG

A simple way to check whether Vitrall will be able to render a specific model is to test the model with osgviewer application, which is available with  downloadable OSG binaries.
