sagepdf has been built and run on a Mac OSX (Leopard).
Assuming Mac Ports have already been installed and
sufficient ports have been installed to successfully
build the SAGE software itself, the further ports
required to build sagepdf are cairo-devel and poppler
i.e. run:
	sudo port install cairo-devel
	sudo port install poppler

Evrything else, including building sagepdf itself is
as per the plain README file.
