MUSCLE

MUSCLE - Multiscale Coupling Library and Environment is a platform independent agent system to couple multiscale simulations. It provides the software framework to build simulations according to the complex automata theory defined in a COAST project. In general, the complex automata consists of a federation of cellular automata and agent-based models. MUSCLE is currently a part of the software stack within the MAPPER project, where it is enhanced and adapted to the Grid infrastructures.
