The core part of the HPC-BASH tool is the `drmaa-run` command. In its Moreover it can accept the following options: * '-native=NATIVE-OPTIONS' - list of qsub-like native options (e.g. -native='-l nodes=2:ppn=2') not implemented yet: * '-walltime=[[h:]m:]s' - the job wallclock time limit * '-interactive' - sends job output in real time * '-rusage=FILE' - write job resource usage information into the FILE
